Holly Hublou Stamm is the Principal of Apto.
Ms. Stamm has practiced employment law and handled HR compliance matters for national companies for over 18 years. After attending law school and receiving her JD degree from the University of Minnesota and University of California, Berkeley Boalt Hall law schools, Ms. Stamm spent 10 years litigating and defending employment cases for large Fortune 500 clients. While subsequently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel for a publicly traded company, Ms. Stamm discovered the absence of skilled HR consultants with legal employment law expertise.
Apto was founded in 2001 by Ms. Stamm utilizing her unique business and employment law background to offer employers practical and affordable workplace strategies and solutions to complex employment law matters. Apto offers services that range from representing employers on wage and hour complaints, to investigating complaints of workplace harassment and providing supervisor harassment training. As a strategic business partner, we also work with senior business leaders to plan for critical business changes, preparing privileged workplace reductions and restructuring programs. Our approach is unique because we offer practical HR consulting services and products that are designed and analyzed by experienced employment lawyers.
